Welcome to Inniskeen Pitch and Putt

Nestled in the heart of south Co. Monaghan, on the banks of the River Fane, Inniskeen Pitch and Putt offers an enjoyable sporting experience for all ages and skill levels. Our course is meticulously maintained and designed to challenge and delight. It is a PPI affiliated club.

Course Rules:

1. Golf shoes or runners must be worn.

2. Tee shots must be taken from the MATS only, never from the grass, as per PPI rules.

3. Only the putter can be used on the greens.

4. Shout “FORE” if it looks like your ball may hit someone.

5. Repair your pitch marks on the greens. Use your tee.

6. Under 16s must be supervised by an adult.

Course layout may change from time to time depending on weather, maintenance and competitions.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the opening hours?

We are open daily from 11 AM to 4 PM, while daylight permits. By December you would need to be on the course by 3PM. If the gate is locked when you arrive there are 4 phone numbers (on the home page) to call and someone will be with you in minutes.

Booking not necessary but you might want to contact us as the course may be closed for a few days for competitions or maintenance. Societies or groups welcome but please book in advance.

Do you offer equipment hire?

Yes, we provide all necessary equipment for hire. Children's clubs are available. Hire for €1 per person.

How can I become a member?

You can become a member by visiting us in person and completing an application form. Adult membership is €100 per year for 2025 (due by March 1st.) Juvenile and Student €40, Associate Membership €50. Phone for details.

A wonderful scenic walk alongside the river fane, with seating available along the walkway where one can sit and take in the ambience. There is a pitch and putt also in the vicinity. Historical features are also part of this beautiful area. Patrick Kavanagh hailed from here, the village of Inniskeen, and there is a Rural and Literary resource centre nearby and a beautiful tea room where wonderful delights await to be sampled from their menu.

Green fees are €6 per day. With a focus on community, we offer a range of services including club membership, society outings, green fees and equipment hire.
